Do you have fiber optics?

Our system is based on a hybrid fiber-optic and coaxial cable network. The signal is distributed via fiber optics up to the street level, while customer connections are made using coaxial cables. The major advantage of coaxial cables (already installed in most homes and residences) is that they are much less expensive than installing fiber optics and allow for an unlimited number of modems to be connected.

The modem must be of the “cable” type to be compatible with our network. Only modems provided by Téléwalfer are guaranteed to receive regular updates and maximum security.

By renting the modem from us, you are assured of always having an up-to-date device. Moreover, if your modem becomes defective, we will replace it for you. You won’t have to worry about warranty issues.

It’s easy! Simply connect the box to your TV via an HDMI cable and connect it to the Internet using a LAN (Ethernet cable) or Wi-Fi.

You can rent one or more additional boxes for €5 per month. Alternatively, you can:

  • Install the Eltrona TV+ app on your second, third, or fourth TV (compatible with the app).
  • Install the app on your smartphone or tablet and transfer your favorite channels and recordings to any smart TV.

Yes, several premium packages (sports, music, cinema, etc.) are available. You can subscribe to these packages through our office. Alternatively, you can add or remove thematic packages directly from your box under the “TV+ Offers” tab.

Unfortunately, all Téléwalfer services are limited to the Walferdange municipality. Other operators with similar services may be available at your address.
